On the South Shore, the Palisade lease market runs on Hyundai's factory programs — the same offers surface on dealer after dealer — so the real differences are which configurations each store chooses to advertise, and at what money down. Car Thrive checked six South Shore and southeastern Massachusetts Hyundai dealers plus Hyundai USA on October 10, 2026. The floor is $269 a month for the base SE, a factory lease Quirk Hyundai does not publish. Quirk's play is different: the deepest published Palisade selection in the area, and — on its specials page — the lowest price anywhere on the configuration families actually shop for, the 8-passenger Hybrid SEL, at $369 a month.

Read the fine print before comparing payments. "Money down" and "due at signing" are not the same number, and this market mixes them freely — Nucar's $2,999 is the total due, while Quirk's $3,999 is money down before tax, title, registration and acquisition fees. Quirk's $369 also requires ending a current lease or making a trade, plus trading in a 2014-or-newer vehicle, and — like Nucar's $349 — it is a 7,500-mile-a-year lease, low for a family hauler. Finally, Quirk contradicts itself: its specials page says $369 for the Hybrid SEL 8-passenger while its incentives page says $478 for the same vehicle, and its price breakdown charges a $499 doc fee that its disclaimer says is included. Get the real number in writing.

Beyond the table, Quirk's incentives page lists eight more Palisade leases, running from a $480 Hybrid SEL 7-passenger up to $627 a month for a 2026 Calligraphy — the widest published selection in the area. Hyundai USA also lists 2027 leases at $419 (SEL FWD) and $499 (Hybrid SEL Premium FWD), both 36 months with $3,999 due, through November 2.
Checked October 9, 2026: Mastria Hyundai of Plymouth is rated 4.8 stars on Google from 2,340 reviews, McGovern Hyundai of Brockton 4.6 from 2,649, Nucar Hyundai of Norwood 4.5 from 2,156, Quirk Hyundai 4.3 from 521, Route 44 Hyundai 4.2 from 1,886, and Empire Hyundai 4.1 from 1,952. On ratings alone, Mastria and McGovern lead this pack. On the 8-passenger hybrid's price, Quirk does.
The bottom line for October: if the base SE is enough SUV, take the $269 factory lease — it is the same Hyundai program at McGovern, Route 44 and Hyundai USA, and Quirk does not publish it. If you need seven seats and a hybrid, Nucar's $349 with $2,999 total due is the value pick. But for the Palisade most South Shore families actually take home — eight seats, hybrid, all-wheel drive — Quirk Hyundai's $369 is the best published deal in the area, $106 a month under the next price for that configuration, backed by a $4,500 dealer discount. Just confirm in writing that $369, not the $478 on Quirk's own incentives page, is the number you are signing — and that 7,500 miles a year is enough.
