No dealership pays for placement, and every figure shown comes straight from the store's Google listing.
1. Lamoille Valley Ford — Hardwick
Lamoille Valley Ford in Hardwick holds the highest Google rating of any Ford store in Vermont: 4.9 stars from 868 reviews. For a rural market, that combination of a top score and a deep review base is the strongest customer record in the state.
2. Barrette Ford — Swanton
Barrette Ford in Swanton, operated by E. J. Barrette & Sons, posts 4.8 stars from 127 reviews — the second-highest rating in the state, on a smaller review base than the leaders below it.

10. Faith's Ford — Westminster

How to choose: Vermont's Ford ratings cluster tightly, from 4.3 to 4.9 stars, and the state is big enough that geography usually decides first. Start with your nearest store on this list, then compare its rating and review depth against the next-closest option — the full profile for each store, with its address, phone, and website, is linked from the rankings.
How we rank: CarThrive's editorial ranking weighs each dealership's verified Google star rating first, then its total Google review count as a measure of how much customer experience sits behind the score. Figures verified October 12, 2026; ratings change over time, and profiles are refreshed as new figures are verified.
How this ranking works
This is an editorial ranking of an editor-selected sample. The order is set by Car Thrive editors, not computed from CARFAX or Google scores. A higher-rated dealership may appear lower in this editorial ranking. Ratings and review counts are shown separately for comparison and do not determine the order. Read the editorial guidance for the reasoning behind the selections. CARFAX sources are optional. Missing ratings are marked as not yet verified; ratings without a citation are labeled source not supplied. Scores and counts are editor-attested third-party figures—not Car Thrive reviews, license checks, first-hand visits, or guarantees. Read recent sales-specific reviews and compare written out-the-door offers.
Each guide publication freezes its selected rating snapshots and order. Editors must preview and republish the guide to bring in updated linked dealership ratings or change the order.
