Buying guidance
This guide ranks every franchised Kia dealership in Connecticut using Google ratings, which makes it a useful starting point whether you are buying new, buying used, or looking for service. The ranking is by Google star rating first and review count second, a method that rewards both customer satisfaction and a large base of reviewers. The editorial order below follows that ranking exactly.
At the top of the list, Kia of Old Saybrook and Kia of Stamford both earn 4.7 stars, with Old Saybrook ahead on review volume. Napoli Kia in Milford trails slightly on rating at 4.6 stars but has far more reviews than any other store, with 3,983 Google reviews as of this writing.
A note on small samples: Putnam Kia and Columbia Kia each have only 57 reviews, so their 4.5 and 4.4 star ratings can swing more easily than those of stores with thousands of reviews. Treat their positions as promising but provisional until more reviewers weigh in.
Use this guide to shortlist a few stores, then compare prices, availability, and service hours before you visit. Because figures change, double check each store's current rating when you are ready to shop.
How this ranking works
This is an editorial ranking of an editor-selected sample. The order is set by Car Thrive editors, not computed from CARFAX or Google scores. A higher-rated dealership may appear lower in this editorial ranking. Ratings and review counts are shown separately for comparison and do not determine the order. Read the editorial guidance for the reasoning behind the selections. CARFAX sources are optional. Missing ratings are marked as not yet verified; ratings without a citation are labeled source not supplied. Scores and counts are editor-attested third-party figures—not Car Thrive reviews, license checks, first-hand visits, or guarantees. Read recent sales-specific reviews and compare written out-the-door offers.
Each guide publication freezes its selected rating snapshots and order. Editors must preview and republish the guide to bring in updated linked dealership ratings or change the order.
